The Avail calendar is intended only for use as a tool for home owners in displaying their property booking summary.

By using the calendar in the manner stated above you agree to make sure that your calendar is updated at least once per month. If an account is not updated for a period of 2 months then it will be removed.

The Avail calendar is free and the selling of it is strictly prohibited.
